Locations

Edit or Delete Location

Location refers to the building where your thermostat is located (e.g., Cottage, Home, Lake House). A single location can have multiple thermostats. The Locations screen allows you to make changes related to your location (name, zip, time zone).

ANDROID DEVICES

  • From the location you wish to change, tap the 3-dot action bar on the right and tap Edit or Delete in the pop-up window.
  • Tap Done when finished to save settings.
  • To Edit User Profile, tap the 3-line menu button.

IOS DEVICES

  • Tap the location you wish to change, then tap on Edit.
  • Tap Done in the upper right-hand corner when finished to save.
  • To delete a location, slide the location you wish to edit to the left. A Delete button will appear.
  • Tap Edit Profile on bottom of screen to update user information.

Changing Time Zones


ANDROID DEVICES

  • Log Into Account, Press the “Menu” Key (3 horizontal bars) on upper left corner.
  • Choose Locations
  • If multiple Locations are used, log into App and press the three dot menu for location to be changed.
  • Select Edit
  • Select correct Time Zone, then press Done.

IOS DEVICES

  • Log Into Account, Press the “Menu” Key (3 horizontal bars) on upper left corner.
  • Choose Locations
  • Press the Location Name. Note: the Edit button is NOT high-lighted.
  • If multiple Locations are used, log into App and press the location name to be changed.
  • Select Edit
  • Select correct Time Zone, then press Done.

The Thermostats screen allows you to Add a new thermostat, Edit or Delete an existing thermostat or Edit your contractor’s information.

ANDROID DEVICES

  • ADD- To Add a new thermostat, tap Add in the upper right corner. You can also add a thermostat from the Login screen. See the Quick Start Guide for these instructions. Fill in new information and tap Done at the bottom of the screen.
  • EDIT/DELETE- To Edit or Delete an existing thermostat, tap the 3-dot action bar on the right of the screen (see screen below).
  • You can also Edit your contractor's information by entering the proper information on the Edit Thermostats screen. Tap Done when finished.

IOS DEVICES

  • ADD- To Add a new thermostat, tap Add in the upper right hand corner. You can also add a thermostat from the Login screen. See the Quick Start Guide for these instructions. Fill in new information and tap Done in the right corner to add a new thermostat.
  • EDIT- To Edit a thermostat, highlight desired thermostat by tapping the name and then tap Edit at the top of the screen.
    • You can also Edit your Contractor's Information from the Edit Thermostats screen. Tap done when finished.
  • DELETE- To Delete a thermostat, slide the thermostat name to the right and a Delete button will appear.

Change Your Password

If you would like to update your password, please follow the steps listed below.

ANDROID DEVICES

  • Go to your 'Locations' tab and select the 3 dots in the upper right corner
  • Select 'Edit User Profile'
  • Scroll all the way down
  • Select 'Change Password' on the bottom right
  • Type in your Old Password, followed by your New Password in the form field
  • Select Done

IOS DEVICES

  • Select 'Edit Profile' on the bottom of the screen
  • Scroll all the way down
  • Select 'Change Password'
  • Type in your Old Password, followed by your New Password in the form field
  • Select Done
