How do I know if my equipment is running by viewing my app?
All installed equipment has the equipment status displayed at the top of the home screen and will display: “ON, OFF, IDLE.” Tap the “?” on the home screen in your app for further explanation of equipment status.
My thermostat is working, but I think there is something wrong with my HVAC equipment. What should I do?
For problems with your HVAC equipment, call the contractor who installed your HVAC equipment, or
find a dealer
near you.
